DHMO Nellore Notification - Eligibility Criteria
- Staff Nurse: GNM course from recognized Nursing Institute and must be Registered in AP Nursing Council. Two years work experience in a hospital.
- Physician/Consultant Medicine: MBBS or Equivalent Degree from the University recognized by the MCI with 5 years work experience in a Hospital, Emergency Unit.
- Specialist (General Medicine):MD. in Medicine
- Specialist (Cardiology MD):MD. in Medicine
- Specialist (Oncology):MD. in Medicine
- Medical Officer: MBBS or Equivalent Degree from the University recognized by the MCI with 03 years of exp.
- Dental Hygienist:10+2 Science from recognized board. Diploma in Dental Technician/ Dental Hygienist / Dental Mechanic Course from a government recognized institute.
- Epidemiologist:MBBS or Equivalent Degree
- Lab Technician:10+2 DMLT course from GOVT recognized institutions
Application Fee: The application cost is Rs 500/- for OC Candidates and Rs.300/- for SC/ST/BC Candidates (Application fee. exempted for Physically Handicapped Candidates) drawn in favour oi District Health society, NCD, Nellore by the way of Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank.
How to Apply DMHO Nellore Recruitment 2020?
Filled Applications shall be submitted in the NCD cell O/o District Medical & Health officer, Nellore in alr working days from 14/07/2020 to 22/07/2020 at 10.30 AM to 05:00 PM along with all required certificates and requisite application fee by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of District Health Socity NCD, Nellore payable at Nellore, on or before 21.07.2020.
Documents required Along with Application Form
1. S.S.C or Equivalent examination Marks Memo.
2. Intermediate or 10+2 examination Marks Memo.
3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4. Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)
5. Registration certificates of respective councils.
6 Internship Certificate if any applicable.
7. Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tahasildar/MRO concerned
8. PH certificate in respect of candidates Claiming reservation under PH Quota
9. Relevant Certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex Service man Quota
10. One Latest Passport Size Photo Graph.
11. Scanned Signature of the candidate.
12. Experience Certificates if necessary.
Method of Recruitment & Selection
- The recruitment is made on contract basis and the contract is initially for a period of one year and renewal will be as per the need and NCD yearly plan (PIP). Recruitment shall be done by the District Selection Committee under the chairmanship of the District Collector, Nellore for the District Health Society.
- Total Marks for 100% will be allotted as 90% basing on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10% basing on Weitage Marks at 1 (one) mark per each year of waiting after completing the qualifying examination.
- Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
- Selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the rule of reservations and presidential order.
