The candidates qualify the Written Test & Document Verification will be engaged as Staff Nurse & Pharmacist post respectively on tenure basis for a maximum period of four years. The engagement is not against permanent vacancy and will not entitle any candidate to claim for
regular / permanent employment in future. During the period of tenure engagement the candidates will be paid following remuneration:-

  • Basic Pay + Personal Pay: Rs 15910/- per Month
  • Other benefits & Allowances as per entitlement (Approx.): Rs 17129/- per Month
  • TOTAL : Rs 33039/- (Approx.) per Month

Other Benefits and Allowance

  • Dearness Allowance (revised quarterly) on the Basic Pay + Personal Pay
  • It is mandatory for Staff Nurse to stay in Company Accommodation when provided. HRA will be payable only in cases where Company Accommodation is not provided.
  • Special Allowance at the rate of 5% of the Basic Pay + Personal pay

Selection Process For HAL Bangalore Vacancy

  • Candidates are selected for paramedical post on the basis of Written test. 
  • The date and time of the Written Test will be intimated to the short listed / eligible candidates by E-Mail / HAL website.
  • There will be no negative marking in the Written Test.
  • Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Test.
  • Candidates are required to bring their written test call letter & any one of the following original Photo Identity Card, along with Xerox copy of the Photo Identity Card duly attested, to prove their identity before in the exam.
  • Qualifying candidates should bring all the relevant original certificates / testimonials etc along with one set of self attested photo copies at the time of document verification.
  • Candidates provisionally selected will have to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination before joining HAL as nurse.

Brief History of HAL Bangalore

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) takes up maintenance and overhaul services to cover the life cycle requirement of all the old and new products. Presently, 13 types of aircraft/ helicopters and 14 types of engines are being overhauled.
