MRB Notification Apply for Nurses 2019: Government of Tamil Nadu and Medical Service Recruitment Board has published an employment notification nursing job aspirants. Applications are invited only through online mode up to 27.02.2019 for Recruitment to the post of Nurses for Sick Newborn Care Unit and Nurses on Contract and on consolidated pay basis.  These MRB notifications are published on the basis of Advt NO: 01 & 02/MRB/2019 dated 06 & 07 February 2019.

MRB Exam for Nurses 2019 Notification

• Name of the Posts: Nurses for Sick Newborn Care Unit
• Total No. of Posts: 520
• Salary: Rs.14000/- per month, with annual increment of Rs.500/
• Age limit: 18 to 32 years.
• Educational Qualification: GNM from recognized University. Should be registered with State/Central Nursing Council.
• Application Fee: GM candidates: Rs.700/- & SC/SCA/ST/DAP(PH): Rs. 350/- as application fee.

How to Apply for MRB Nurses Notification?

A. Candidates are first required to go to the MRB's website www.mrb.tn.gov.in.
B. Click Online Registration.
C. Select the name of the post or service for which you wish to apply.
D. Please enter all the required particulars without skipping any field.
E. Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature. An online application is incomplete without the photograph and signature upload.
F. Post uploading photographs, signatures and documents, application will display a preview screen to check/verify their data entered during previous steps before moving to next step.
In case any data to be edited (only allowed fields) same is possible by clicking EDIT DETAILS button in same page.
G. Please select the mode of payment (Online Payment/Offline Payment).
H. In case of candidates wish to pay fees through the online payment gateway i.e. Net Banking, Credit Card & Debit Card Payment, candidates may follow the instructions mentioned on payment page before making payment.

Selection Process for MRB Nurses Notification

Selection will be made based on the marks obtained in the written examination, duly following the rules of reservation and communal rotation of Government of Tamil Nadu.

• Written examination in Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Total time: 2:30 Hours
• The question will be in the standard of Diploma level in Nursing.
• The question paper will be set in English only and will contain 200 objective type questions.
• Qualifying marks for others 35 marks and sc/st/obc 30 marks.
• Total marks for exam is 100 marks.
• There will be no negative mark for the wrong answer.
• There will be no oral Test (Interview) for the post.
