Eligibility Criteria for WBHRB Staff Nurse Job
Educational Qualification: The candidates should have following qualifications for respective posts given below.

• General Nursing and Midwifery/ Basic B. Sc. (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course passed from any Nursing Training School/ College of Nursing recognized by both Indian Nursing Council and respective State Nursing Council.
• Registration as Female Nurse Midwife from West Bengal Nursing council.
• Knowledge of Bengali/ Nepali – spoken and written.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 39 Years as on 01.01.2017.Age is also relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates of West Bengal, by 3 years for OBC candidates of West Bengal and up to 45 years of age for persons having physical disabilities for 40% and above.
Examination Fee for WBHRB Staff Nurse Job
General/OBC candidates are to pay Rs 160/- as application fee whereas All other backward categories like SC/ST/PHW are exempted from such application fee. This amount is paid through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the Govt. Receipt Portal System, Govt. of West Bengal through duplicate Callahan, as generated after filling up the online registration Form with basic information. Govt. A candidate should note that her admission to the Examination/ Interview will be deemed provisional subject to determination of her eligibility in all respects. If at any stage, even after issue of the letter of appointment a candidate is found ineligible for admission to this Examination her candidature will be cancelled without further reference to her.

• Click on “Recruitment for the Post of Staff Nurse” under Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal.
• You will get 07 tabs
• Before candidates proceed for apply online click on Advertisement tab to read the notification completely.
• Click on “Online Application” to fill up the Application Form online. Before that payment of application fee should be done.
• The candidate would be directed to a page where she has to click on “Apply Online” (for first time registration or new registration) / already registered candidate just need to “Sign In” by using their Application Number & Password sent to their Valid E-Mail ID/Mobile No.  
• The candidate must fill up the application form in all respect.
• The candidate has to provide her consent for the correction of the information entered by selecting the “Declaration” text. Once the candidate checks this information and click on “Submit (Final)” the candidate gets, confirmation message mentioning the “Application Number” and Password and any other important information.
• The Candidates must ensure to upload their passport size scanned colour photograph and signature, the size of which must not exceed 50 kb ideally.
• Admit card / Call Letter for WBHRB Nursing Exam
• If your candidature is found eligible candidate will be intimated by E-mail / SMS regarding the Call Letter for Written Test/ Interview. On receipt of the E-mail / SMS candidate will have to once again login to www.wbhrb.in and  click on “PRINT THE ADMIT CARD/ CALL LETTER ” button to get your Admit Card/ Call letter.
